Ill. James O. Dogan 33° Supreme President |
Ill. Kenneth L. Hollowell 33° Supreme Grand Master |
Under the direction of International F&A.M. Masons and O.E.S. Inc. all lodges and chapters are York Rite. International F&A.M. Masons is governed by Ill. James O. Dogan our Supreme President and also our Supreme Board of Directors. In International F&A.M. Masons and O.E.S. Inc. we proudly wear fezzes, this is our way of standing out from the rest to be the best. Also we have adopted the skeleton key to go under the compass and square, this sets us apart from the other many orders. *The key simply represents the key of knowledge and it is not there to deface the sacred square and compass, just to enhance it.
Freemasonry is one of the world's oldest fraternal organizations. It's a society of men concerned with moral and spiritual values. In which the members are taught the history and morals of masonry through rituals and the bible.
Masonry is not an religion nor a substitute for religion, but it is an Christian organization for men of any race or religion to join. As long as they meet the Masonic qualifications. Our goal then is to make good men better men. |
1. Have you ever wanted to join the Masons? 2. Do you believe in God? 3. And do you believe in the brotherhood of man? If you answered yes to all of the above;

FROM GRAND MASTER ILL. CHARLES G. WILLIAMS 33°
The greatest use of life is to spend it for something that will out last the life. ...Williams James We can best set a definite chief aim, or our lodges to evaluate our goals and purposes by setting a standard of making lasting differences for our communities, neighborhoods, families and ourselves. Let's begin to judge our activities by our contributions with an intent that the end results have lasting effects. So the question becomes how do we make a lasting contribution that will accomplish something that really matters, and is significant. As Stonemasons built Cathedrals and other massive edifices, which have lasted for more than 600 years, we as freemasons are to endeavor to make lasting contributions to and for the world. We are the doers of the world and when doers think before acting, and then, take action, remarkable results follow. When doers don't think before acting or fail to act at all, good people's efforts fail to achieve their full impact. It is not that doers are stupid or that thinkers are lazy; they merely lack the ability to work together and keep the main thing (idea) the main thing. Masonry does not just improve us as individuals but it trains us to work together toward an outcome that is lasting. The completed task should be and is more important than any praise and honor we might receive. The tools we use to accomplish our goals, allegorically and operatively pale in comparison to the blueprint of success the Bible and ritual provides us. Let us remember the gateway to wisdom and knowledge are always open. Success in life is really very simple; what we give, we receive back twice as much. What we think about becomes the truth, every thought we think is creating our future. So let me encourage you to think and speak constructively with kind thoughts and words and we can on one accord build a better and successful circumstance. When we create peace and harmony and balance in our minds, we will find it in our lives and associations. Ill. Rev. Charles G. Williams 33° Grand Master, Michigan M. W.
